7. Dominic Purcell

Dominic Purcell - probably most famous for playing Lincoln Burrows in Prison Break - has already played a Marvel villain in a live action movie. In Blade: Trinity, he portrayed that universe's version of Dracula, "Drake". Although the villain was poorly written and conceived, Purcell did as good a job with it as anyone could be expected to and he deserves another chance to play a comic book movie role. A fairly muscular guy, he'd be great for a portrayal based on the 616 version of Eddie Brock and, given that Drake also transformed in to a monstrous creature, his transformation in to the Venom character would be quite similar and is very easy to imagine. He actually looks perfect for an easy transformation in to the classic appearance of the Venom character and, as a pretty decent all round actor, I imagine that he could pull off all sides of the character with relative ease.
