9. Black Cat

Felicia Hardy appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, played by Felicity Jones. Anyone familiar with the comic books will know that Felicia Hardy is Black Cat - an anti-heroine who is the daughter of a world-famous cat burglar and who follows in her father's footsteps, trains herself in various martial arts and mixes a little bit of villainy with a little bit of heroism. In The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she was Harry Osborn's assistant - nothing more - but it is very likely that we will see some character development from her in the next instalment. We imagine that she will play a similar role to Anne Hathaway's Selina Kyle/Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises - and that's a coincidence because Anne Hathaway was set to play Felicia Hardy in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man franchise, had that franchise continued on to a fourth movie.
