6. The Hunt For Uncle Ben's Killer

One thing that the first Amazing Spider-Man movie abandoned halfway through and that the second Amazing Spider-Man movie completely ignored is the fact that Peter Parker wanted to find the man responsible for killing his Uncle Ben. This aspect of Spider-Man's life is a key component in the comic books and was a key component of the Sam Rami Spider-Man trilogy, so to forget all about it in this rebooted franchise seems somewhat strange and silly. Therefore, in The Amazing Spider-Man 3, we fully expect at least some exploration into Peter Parker's anger at his Uncle's death and some mention of an attempt to catch the culprit.
