There's a rather blatant (if amusing) homage to the original Mission: Impossible in Ant-Man: when Scott is infiltrating Cross' building and has to make his way past a laser grid. He almost doesn't make it, but at the last second, Luis manages to de-activate it, as he makes it to the ground and is interrupted by Cross/Yellowjacket. It's a fun little moment that smartly takes up just a few seconds of the movie, though it's quite surprising that one of the wise-cracking supporting characters didn't give the classic spy flick some sort of a shout-out.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
