Ant-Man 3: 10 Ways Kang The Conqueror's Introduction Will Change The MCU Forever
7. Using Loki To Lay The Groundwork
The Loki series on the way to Disney+ will feature the God of Mischief running afoul of the Time Variance Authority, a group created to police the timeline. That villain obviously escaped his fate when he escaped from Earth's Mightiest Heroes in Avengers: Endgame's trip back to 2012's The Avengers, and the show promises to delve into what came next for him.
Up until now, one very convincing theory was that Loki would manipulate Owen Wilson's unnamed TVA agent into becoming Kang, but it's clear that's not the plan. However, fans have questioned why the TVA - how have frequently clashed with Kang over the years - would seemingly want to align themselves with Loki, and it seems plausible that they want some help to stop Kang!
That doesn't mean he will necessarily appear in Loki, of course, but this show could very easily lay the groundwork for his arrival in Ant-Man 3.
After all, the series is going to be dealing with the fallout of Loki's escape and Earth's Mightiest Heroes meddling with time, so if Kang is going to get caught up in all that, it's only logical that this villain also gets thrown into the mix!
