One of the film's most glossed-over characters is Stoltz (Sean Kleier), a corrupt FBI agent who is in the pocket of Sonny Burch (Walton Goggins) and provides him with frequent tip-offs and assistance.

However, to the hardcore comic book crowd, it's clear that Stoltz is effectively serving as a stand-in for Geoffrey Ballard, who was similarly a corrupt FBI agent working for the bad guys and would largely clash with Ms. Marvel.

Ballard was better known by his supervillain name Centurion, having first debuted in Black Goliath #4 way back in 1976. While it's possible we could see Stoltz resurface in future movies and even fully assume the Centurion persona, it doesn't seem terribly likely.
