17. The Toilet

Ludi Lin plays the intriguing-looking and mysterious Captain Murk, who at one point is identified as an unknown species - or an unknown mutation - which seems like the kind of interesting information that might be leading somewhere. You know, because there's no way that sort of detail would be dropped in to a plot and then completely ignored subsequently as that would look incredibly sloppy.

Except that's exactly what happens.

Murk seems to exist solely for a gag during the Sicily sequence where it's revealed that the armour worn by Orm's forces is full of water to help the henchmen inside breathe. If they're drained, they die. This happens to Murk and in a stunningly slapstick moment, he realises that the only way to survive is to literally shove his head into a toilet and give himself a swirly.

Presumably, he's still there, because there's no way he could transport the toilet to the sea while remaining submerged. So he probably just lives in that toilet in Sicily now.
