Avengers 4: 10 Theories From The Endgame Trailer

Thematically speaking, one of the most interesting things about the trailer is just how heavily it plays up the same visual motif of sunlight that was used in Infinity War.

In that film, Thanos was introduced with a blinding sunlight lens flare shrouding him in darkness, Loki tells Thor "the sun will shine on us again", the Guardians are introduced with a blinding sunlight lens-flair over Quill's shoulder, Thanos' whole goal in the movie is to be able to bask in the rising sun of his victory, and the movie literally ends on a shot of Thanos smiling in the sunlight. The list could go on and on, as the Russos made it one of the film's central motifs.

In the Endgame trailer, this motif looks as if it is going to be twisted even further though, as nearly half of the shots in the trailer feature some variation of it. From the wide shot of the Milano floating through space, to Nebula's appearance, to the interior shots of Avengers HQ, to the brief shots of Thanos in retirement, there are lens flare-inducing sunlight shots all over this thing.
