Avengers 4: 11 Things It Must Avoid
2. Unnecessary Credits Scenes
Though many fans were hoping that Infinity War wouldn't feature a post-credits scene and simply allow that devastating ending to marinate with viewers, Nick Fury's (Samuel L. Jackson) frantic distress call to Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) was at least a compelling stinger that ultimately felt worth it.
Avengers 4, however, should probably give the first three phases of the MCU a definitive "ending" of sorts. Sure, we all know that Spider-Man: Far from Home will release just two months after Avengers 4, but allowing the movie's ending to breathe on its own and draw a line under everything that came before it sure would be nice.
Will It Happen?: Given that these credits scenes often act as free advertising for the next film, it's highly unlikely there isn't a scene nodding towards Spidey's new adventure, especially as the pre-Avengers 4 marketing for his movie will have to be extremely minimal to avoid spoiling Avengers 4's outcome.
