Avengers 4: 11 Things It Must Avoid

1. Using The Rumoured Title "Avengers: End Game"

At the end of June, Avengers 4's cinematographer Trent Opaloch listed the apparent title of Avengers 4 on his website, which is reportedly "Avengers: End Game".

Considering how utterly generic it is and how it sounds like the title of a straight-to-video Steven Seagal thriller or a bad third-person PS2 shooter, fingers are crossed that this is just a placeholder name to stir up hype.

Will It Happen?: It's not exactly characteristic for cinematographers to randomly put fake titles up on their own websites, and the fact that Opaloch quickly removed the title after it was discovered could suggest it was legit.

Then again, it'd be awfully foolish of him to think that posting the correct title was ever going to be OK, and Marvel Studios does have a history of messing with fans through opaque marketing techniques.

The title of course fits Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) proclaiming, "We're in the end game now", at the end of Infinity War, but the Russos promised that the title was being kept secret as it spoiled Infinity War, which End Game absolutely doesn't.

Who knows, honestly? But hopefully Avengers 4 will be given a slightly more imaginative and interesting title than this.

Which potential mistakes do you want Avengers 4 to avoid above all else? Shout them out in the comments!
