1. Will The Stones Be Destroyed - Or Separated And Defended?

What We Know

Thanos WILL be defeated, one way of another. How he is beaten is probably the most valuable spoiler of 2019 (and in MCU history), but it's what comes after that matters even more.

What We Need To Know

In the comics, the Infinity Watch exists to each take a Stone and defend it, spreading them out across the galaxy. Could we see the same thing happen in Avengers 4, with the surviving heroes taking a Stone each to guard with the caveat that they have to give up everything they know and love in service of the role?

Or will the fact that Wanda was able to destroy the Mind Stone (albeit temporarily) come back into play with all of the Stones being destroyed outright? Hiding them would only work to a certain extent (and it's not like Thanos didn't manage to get them all together when they were split up anyway) and there's always a threat of someone getting big ideas of their power. Destroying them would offer a more permanent solution, assuming it's possible.

Quite how Doctor Strange and the sorcerors would feel about the destruction of the Eye Of Agamotto remains to be seen, admittedly...
