Avengers 4: 8 Clues For What Happens Next

1. Asgard Heads To Earth

Though all Marvel films apart from the Avengers series have come in threes, pretty much everyone agrees that Thor: Ragnarok shouldn't be the end of that series. Taika Waititi breathed new life into what was once considered the MCU's most tired franchise with that film's release, and with the Odinson having experienced the most torrid time out of all the other Avengers, it would be nice to see how he and his fellow Asgardians live on after Avengers 4.

As we know already, Asgard is a people - not a place. The diaspora of gods, demigods, mercenaries and Valkyries are in search of a new home, and with their vessel destroyed, Midgard would look to be a welcoming destination.

A move to Earth would keep with the themes established in Ragnarok too, as well as the Russos' previous hints that Natalie Portman's Jane Foster could link up with the God of Thunder once again.

In any case, a move to Midgard would also allow Marvel to do right by one of the company's somewhat squandered premises. Siege, a storyline that saw Asgard brought to Earth, started out strong but ended with something of a fizzle. Could it inspire the future of the franchise?
