8. Avengers: Captain America Lives!

The Spoiler: The fact that Captain America is killed off in Infinity War (albeit temporarily).

There are some pretty pertinent rumours that suggest that two major plot points are set to be unveiled in Infinity War. Firstly, that the Infinity Stones actually don't kill people, but rather they trap them within their confines. That might then lead to the appearance of Adam Warlock (who was cut from Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 rather suspiciously) and also the reappearance of some key villains from MCU films past.

Tied to that, could be the idea that the Soul Stone grants its user mastery of death (hence the rumours of Quicksilver's potential revival).

And then there's the rumour that Captain America is going to be killed off, partly because Chris Evans' contract is up, and partly because it's a narrative inevitability sooner or later. Putting those two possibilities together and you get a map for both Avengers movies.

First, Cap dies heroically at Thanos' hand - perhaps defeating him in a last stand - and then the Avengers realise (thanks to Warlock's revelations) that he can be revived, prompting them to enter the multiverse to find him in the sequel. Now THAT would be different.
