Undoubtedly the most obvious foreshadowing of the coming of Ultron, Captain America: The First Avenger had a scene at the Stark Expo - an event showcasing technological strides, hosted by Howard Stark during the Second World War - which had an android on display that curiously resembled the first Human Torch from the Marvel comic books. To put it simply, not only has Ultron been foreshadowed since the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie in 2008, he's also been foreshadowed since the 1940s.
