Avengers: Age Of Ultron - How Much Did The Actors Earn?

4. Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye)

Age Of Ultronr Paycheck: $6.1 million Jeremy Renner used to work as a make-up artist between acting gigs to make ends meet, but it€™s very much a different story nowadays. His breakthrough into the big time didn€™t come until 2009, however, when he was cast as Sergeant William James in Kathryn Bigelow€™s Iraq war thriller The Hurt Locker. Renner€™s performance earned him several awards as well as his first Best Actor nomination at the Oscars, and he was considered in the Best Supporting Actor category the following year for his role in Ben Affleck€™s The Town. For his latest appearance as Hawkeye, the exceptional SHIELD marksman turned Avenger, Renner is said to have earned a little over $6.1 million, more than Age Of Ultron co-stars Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth. In terms of future appearances, he isn€™t someone Marvel plan on taking down the solo movie route in Phase 3, though according to the actor they included a clause in his three-film Avengers contract that would see him recalled if they ever wanted to make a lone Hawkeye film. Of course, even if they wanted him back to do Hawkeye (which seems unlikely at this stage, let's be honest) Renner is a very busy man nowadays, with commitments left right and centre €“ Tom Cruise personally convinced him to sign a three-movie deal with the Mission Impossible franchise and he has the potential for more appearances in the Bourne series to come.
