8. The Professor Hulk Reveal

The film then picks up five years later with the remaining Avengers coming together to plot a "time heist", and after Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) refuses to be involved, they're forced to consult another "big brain" - Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo).

In perhaps Endgame's most hilarious moment, Scott, Captain America (Chris Evans) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) meet Banner at a diner...where it's revealed that he has successfully merged Banner and The Hulk into a cohesive whole - Professor Hulk.

Banner explains that he spent 18 months in a gamma lab bringing the two together, and now The Hulk is capable of fully harnessing Banner's thoughts and feelings, and also wearing shirts.

And if that's not awesome enough, Professor Hulk has effectively become a celebrity, with a group of kids asking to take a picture with him, and Banner duly complying. Oh, and he dabs at the kids before they leave, because of course he does.

The trade-off of this combination, however, is that much of The Hulk's inherent aggression has been nerfed, as made evident when the Avengers travel back to 2012's Battle of New York, and Banner finds that smashing doesn't come quite so naturally to him anymore.
