9. Thor 4: Valkyrie

Endgame featured about half a dozen endings in its third act, but by far the most exciting (at least as far as the future is concerned) were the ones revolving around Thor. Not only is it clear that he's going to be in Guardians 3 (Asgardians of the Galaxy?), it's also apparent that - if the Thor series is to continue - that Valkyrie will be the new Queen of Asgard.

Tessa Thompson's character became immensely popular after the release of Thor: Ragnarok, and she's a superstar in the making. With Thompson herself having stated that there've been discussions regarding another Thor film over at Marvel, could it actually be the case that we get to see Brunnhilde lead New Asgard in Phase 4?

One would hope, especially given the context the Asgardian diaspora now finds itself in. Located on Earth, the possibility is there for the MCU to lift elements from Siege, a storyline that saw Spider-Man villain Norman Osborn invade the territory as a means of consolidating his position as head of S.H.I.E.L.D., then renamed H.A.M.M.E.R.

Not only that though, a fourth Thor with Valkyrie in the lead could also mean that more Asgardians get involved. There was a Beta Ray Bill Easter Egg on Sakaar, while the likes of the Enchantress, Angela, Balder and Cul Borson are all yet to appear.

Marvel films have all come in rules of three apart from Avengers. However, with Thor, it's clear there's so much potential left with the franchise. Here's hoping it comes through again in Phase 4 - with Waititi back in the director's chair.
