Disney’s acquisition of the Fox properties is now in the books, meaning they have total dominion over all the Marvel Comics properties. Deadpool, The Fantastic Four, every single one of the X-Men, they’re now all a part of the House of Mouse and, before long, will be sharing screen time with the rest of the MCU.

Given that Endgame was filmed at the same time as Infinity War it’s a near impossibility that anything could have been written in to the story that features any of these characters, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

In much the same way that the hasty acquisition of Spider-Man led to a throwaway line of dialogue at the end of Ant-Man (“…we got guys who swing, we got guys who crawl up walls…”) so to could Marvel slip in some sort of nod to one of the more notable new acquisitions. Something about a guy with super-healing and metal claws possibly, or a man who turns to flames and flies around? The possibilities are small, but endless.
