4. Nebula Fights Herself

The Leak

A more substantial leak talks up lots of the story elements already explored here, going through most of the character arcs and sub-plots (including the Thor goes to Valhalla one), but it also interestingly drops in a juicy "leak" about Nebula.

It says "Nebula's subplot centres on her efforts to redeem herself. At one point, she fights her murderous past self." A little on the nose, yes, but quite the spectacle.

Response

We know there are going to be versions of the Avengers from the past in there - like Captain America for definite - so why wouldn't old Nebula appear? And it's not like she'll be a good guy, since her arc required her to go through a lot to get to her point of redemption, so it makes sense that she WOULD clash with herself.

It might actually be TOO on the nose for it to be real, but it's one we can actually hope to see at least.
