Avengers: Endgame - 25 WTF Moments

1. The Post-Credits Stinger

When you're a Marvel fan, you know to expect certain things and the idea of sitting through a credits sequence and there NOT being a post-credits scene is as alien as there not being a Stan Lee cameo in an Infinity Saga movie. It's part and parcel of the genetics of the franchise.

So imagine our collective surprise when it turned out that we weren't getting a post-credits scene - an assurance from people who had actually seen it so unbelievable that people STILL sat in their seats waiting to make sure people weren't all lying.

And the reward was a metallic clanking sound effect that might mean something or might not. Whether it does, it absolutely was not worth sticking around for, that's for certain.
