There's little denying the crowd-pleasing appeal of Avengers: Endgame, an absurdly epic finale to Marvel Studios' 22-film Infinity Saga, which delivers a fitting farewell to several of the franchise's most beloved heroes.

But it's practically impossible for a film of Endgame's scale and complexity to be completely water-tight as far as its internal logic goes.

And true to form, MCU fans have wasted no time at all detailing how the movie has a rather loose grasp on its own rule-set, while presenting some urgent issues for future movies in the process.

Even if you somehow haven't seen Endgame yet, you're likely aware that the bulk of the film's plot revolves around time travel, a Pandora's box of sorts that has caused the ruin of so many promising movies and TV shows (looking at you, Heroes).

And though Endgame does a great job of moving fast enough that it's tough to keep track of the logical issues, they're unmistakably there. If you've had a chance to view the film a second or even a third time yet, they'll start to become a little more obvious.

This isn't to deny Endgame's overall greatness as a piece of entertainment, but at the same time, it's also important not to ignore blatant fallacies in its script which perhaps weren't terribly well thought out...
