4. It's A Tribute To Black Widow

That tribute line from Feige is interesting too. There's a few possibilities for who he could mean: it could be a tribute to the fans; it could be to the cast; it could be to Stan Lee; it could be to Tony Stark or it could be to the other dead character who didn't get the right sort of send-off.

You just know which one of those fans would respond best to after some Endgame controversy.

Originally, there was going to be a sub-plot in which Black Widow was shown looking after orphans of the Decimation, but it ended up being dropped. Given the fury that met the revelation of that decision and Feige's mention of a tribute, this new post-credits could be an opportunity to right some wrong. And not only those two, it would also give Nat the memorial she was cruelly robbed of at the end of the movie.

So what if the orphans she looked after are revealed in this new tribute and we see something like a new school being named in her honour. That would be a great way to bring her Red Room story full circle.
