4. Cull Obsidian

While the largest of the Black Order members arrives in much the same fashion as his "siblings" for the climactic battle, he too is no more than glorified cannon fodder and he's dealt with surprisingly quickly by the Avengers.

He scores a higher ranking than the other Order members, though, because he's used as a means to show how strong Giant-Man is rather than him being used for a gimmicky set piece or for humour alone. Here, Scott Lang basically rage-hulks into his giant form after he's trapped in the wreckage of the Avengers Facility and saves Rocket, Hulk and Rhodey.

To prove he's mad and a very big deal, he then combines with a couple of fellow heroes to incapacitate Cull Obsidian by stomping him into the ground. It's as brutal as it is brilliant.
