Avengers: Every Single Deleted Scene From Endgame & Infinity War

The events of Captain America: Civil War were so damn game-changing that for a significant portion of time there, the Avengers were no more. It all had to do, of course, with the battle between Cap and Iron Man in which years of secrets and heartache boiled over. And unfortunately, it brought about the end of the Avengers as we knew it.

While the pair would ultimately work out their differences in Endgame, writer Stephen McFeely revealed that an early draft of Infinity War actually had the pair crossing paths to work out their differences. This was eventually scrapped in favour of doing it in Endgame because the creative team felt that revisiting that territory would slow down the Thanos story - which, of course, was much bigger at the time.

Looking at how it all worked out, it was certainly the right decision.
