2. The Missing Guardians Scene

Though there were some scenes in the trailers that didn't make it into the final movie, there weren't that many additional scenes cut from the Directors' Cut of Infinity War, according to the film-makers themselves.

But they also confirmed that there is at least one deleted scene that starred the Guardians immediately after they're duped by Thanos on Knowhere and Gamora is abducted. They confirmed as much in an interview with EW and described the scene as a “straight-up comedic scene":

“It’s a scene where they’re sort of stuck. There’s a point in the movie where they’re stuck without knowing what to do. And it was just this absurd scene of the Guardians not knowing where to go. And it was really fun and it was very endearing to us. But because the movie is so big and so propulsive, it just wasn’t quite pushing us where we needed to go.”

But beyond that, there weren't many other cut scenes, partly because Benedict Cumberbatch's schedule limited his time on set so much. The Russos say it led them to be super tight at the scripting stage - in most cases, if they filmed it, it was in the movie:

“Our first director’s cut was probably 2:40 or 2:30. We’re pretty close to where the directors’ cut was.”

Still, at least we know of one Extra for the blu-ray release.
