That Marvel have managed to get the rights back, that Galactus turns up to battle Thanos in the Infinity War sequel

In the Infinity Gauntlet saga, Thanos ends up flexing his muscles by trying to fight increasingly giant cosmic forces, including Galactus, who bands together with others for a final battle. In a later run he also sought the Gems himself, to rid himself of his eternal hunger for worlds, which would be a great launching point to bring in the Fantastic Four.

A stand-alone in 2020 eschewing an actual origin would also be as smart as it would be brave, given the fact that we've already had two that failed. So why not just say the Four were an old-school team of heroes who were trapped in the Soul Gem, or transported to the MCU using the Time Stone or a combination of stones? As long as it's written well, it doesn't matter how hokey the explanation, really.

Likelihood: 1/10

It would be a pretty big secret to have kept, and it would again require the continuation of the Infinity Stone arc into a third film - while it might not be the worst possible film, it might be over-kill, even if it matched the way comic events tend to splinter off. And it's still more likely we'll see yet another Fantastic Four origin when their time comes again.
