Another character that has been rumoured to make his MCU debut for some time now, Nova - AKA Richard Rider - is a hero you couldn't possibly imagine sitting out this fight.
The Nova Corps have been a staple of the last two Guardians films, and while we've yet to see the Nova from the comics, there's a strong chance that Thanos' warpath could inspire the conditions for Rider's rise.
In the comics, Rider becomes Nova only after the corps has been destroyed, with one of the last members of the unit bequeathing his power to Rider in a Green Lantern-like way. The comparisons are blatant, but while Warner Bros. managed to botch their GL film, Marvel have plenty of opportunity to make theirs work, especially if they allude to the hero's presence during Infinity War.
He's bound to pop up sooner or later, but if he were to make an impression during Infinity War, then the MCU would only be better for it.
