Avengers: Infinity War - 13 Big Questions From Everything We Know So Far

4. What Is Spider-Man Sorry For?

Although Spider-Man turned down the opportunity to join the Avengers - and the fancy new suit that came with it - towards the end of Homecoming, it looks like he'll be changing his mind in Infinity War.

Along with showing off his Spidey Sense (the hair on his arm stands up), the footage also apparently showed Spidey on the ground, visibly hurt, and saying "I'm sorry."

So it doesn't sound great for Peter Parker, who is getting embroiled in a fight far bigger than anything he's ever experienced before. This sounds like a continuation of his relationship with Tony Stark in Homecoming, with his mentor being the most likely recipient of the apology, but what exactly has he done to apologise for? Is this just for getting beat off Thanos, or has he again got involved where he shouldn't and made things worse?
