Going back to the mention of the Outriders (a humanoid race modified to suit Thanos' needs) in the previous entry, they were teased in the D23 footage, and not just in any old location, but Wakanda. There they were ready for battle against Black Panther and Bucky, and presumably a number of other key Black Panther characters, since a few have been confirmed for Infinity War already.

It sets up an impressive action sequence, especially given how stunning a locale Wakanda looks, but also begs the question of why it's happening in the first place? The Outriders would only be there at the order of Thanos, so what does he want from Wakanda?

He could just be targeting a takedown of two notable heroes, but could there be more to it than that? Might he want to get his hands on vibranium for some reason? Possibly, but it's difficult to see why Thanos would need it. There's the possibility, then, that Wakanda is housing an Infinity Stone, which would fit with Thanos attacking it. Or could it be that, like in the comic Infinity, the Outriders are simply scouting Earth for heroes ahead of Thanos' arrival?
