6. Doctor Strange

Last Time

In his own movie, Strange was a fledgling Sorceror with huge potential who had responsibility and power basically thrust upon him after the death of his mentor. By the end of it, he was the newly-appointed protector of the universe, with a special focus on keeping out major threats. He's also the protector of an Infinity Stone - the Time Stone set within the Eye Of Agamotto.

He continued that same protector role in Thor: Ragnarok, capturing Loki who is on his list of major threats. Aside from having Wong as his fellow Sorceror, he seems to mostly work alone.

Now

The new team dynamic Strange will be forced to take on may be difficult for him, given his lack of personal skills, but it's going to be great to see how he interacts with the Science Bros and their new junior member Peter Parker.

He's now a lot more comfortable with his powers, having come on leaps and bounds and will be one of the most powerful figures in the whole Infinity Sage. Unfortunately, though, he's probably going to lose that Infinity Stone - at least temporarily.
