3. He Won't Be An Avenger...

It sounds pretty simple, given that we know Hulk has "retired" from the Avengers team in the climax of Avengers: Age Of Ultron, but there was some suggestion that Hulk was simply leaving the fray to protect his friends and New York from his future possible rampages that he can no longer fully control. In that line of thinking, it has been widely assumed that his return from Infinity War will see him join back up with his buddies to save the world.

But it's key to remember that a lot of water has flown under the bridge since then. As the world of superheroes has changed thanks to the Sokovian Accords, Hulk's world has completely changed too, and there's too much of a disconnect between the two to make a marriage possible once more.

If you're expecting Hulk to land back on Earth and immediately take up arms against Thanos, you're possibly going to be disappointed. He has to contend with his own demons, a new state of mind and the reasons for him leaving being emphasised even further (plus General Ross kicking around on Earth wanting to destroy him). There's just no way he's going to be an Avenger for the majority of those two ensemble movies.
