Confirmed By: The narrative. Ant-Man is with the underground Avengers at the end of Civil War, so he wouldn't just disappear between the movies.

The Wasp on the other hand won't be appearing. She was due to appear in costume in Civil War, but that was deemed a disservice to her, so the idea was scrapped and she won't be seen again until Ant-Man & The Wasp.

Plot Predictions: This is very much a difficult one to call: obviously he's with the other guys, but what he'll specifically be doing remains unclear.

Presumably he'll be fraught at being forced into hiding when he's so keen to build a relationship with his daughter as a background to however he slips into the battle with Thanos.
