Avengers: Infinity War - Predicting The Fate Of Every Avenger

When the trailer for Captain America: Civil War dropped, and within it, War Machine also dropped (from the sky, onto his face) nobody truly expected him to make it this far.

But here he is! Though he sustained a nasty injury in the aforementioned movie, Don Cheadle has mentioned in interviews that War Machine will be back in action in Infinity War - with the help of some Stark tech, of course.

That's a good thing too, because War Machine should prove quite useful in the upcoming battle; his armour can absorb a lot of damage and he can stay out of reach of his enemies and attack them from afar.

What Will Happen To Him? For the filmmakers to do the whole 'War Machine is injured/in peril' thing (after just doing it in Civil War) would feel far too predictable, which means that killing him off wouldn't carry the shock value that it should.

So, War Machine will make it to the end of the movie alive - a little battle-scarred, but alive - ready to fight the next fight, whatever that may be.
