2. Rebel Wilson Destroys Cats & The All-Male Best Director Nominees

Though Rebel Wilson's brand of humour might not be for everyone, she did deliver some wonderfully catty barbs while introducing the Best Director nominees.

For starters, she took an extended series of jabs at her recent flop Cats, claiming that the black portion of her dress was taken from "a funeral [she] just went to for the feature film Cats," before adding that the film was "strangely not nominated for any awards. I’m not sure if everyone here is across the controversy, but this year there has been a distinct lack of nominations for felines."

And when it came to the all-male Best Director nominees, Rebel deadpanned, "I don’t think I could do what they do - honestly, I don’t have the balls." Savage.
