9. Crime Alley
Thanks to some photos from the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it's already known that the movie will once again show the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne (the former might be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but that's unconfirmed as the images were too blurry to say). As unnecessary as that feels after seeing them die on multiple occasions, there could be a very good reason why Zack Snyder has chosen to focus on Crime Alley. In The Dark Knight Returns, Batman chooses this location to meet and fight Superman as he believes that the place he was created is also a fitting place to die if the battle doesn't go his way. Whether it's explicitly stated or just shares some visual similarities with the earlier Crime Alley featured in the movie, having at least some of the fight between take place here would be a great Easter Egg which simultaneously honours Miller's classic tale.
