7. Batman Stops Killing?

A major bone of contention for many fans is that Batman straight-up kills people in Batman v Superman, mowing them down with automatic weapons, blowing them up, crushing them with other cars and even branding some criminals with his Bat symbol, which is apparently a "death sentence" in prison. The movie at least got one thing right in this regard: it showed Bruce growing beyond his murderous ways by the end, as when he visits Lex's jail cell at the end of the film, he prepares to brand Lex but ultimately decides against it, leaving an indent of the symbol in the wall instead. Hopefully this means that Batman will ditch the unnecessary slaughter of criminals for Justice League, which will almost guarantee a stronger audience reception to Ben Affleck's rock solid portrayal of the character.
