Batman V Superman: 10 Other Movie Mashups We’d Love To See

Steven Spielberg was originally considered for this one, considering his dinosaur expertise, but it was felt by studio heads that it would be safer in the hands of Michael Bay. 

After all, Spielberg's latest films, Lincoln and War Horse were hardly much to shout about, and he hasn't directed a dinosaur film since 1997. Bay on the other hand directed Transformers Age of Extinction just last year, and that was a lot to shout about. 

At least, you had to shout for hours afterward to hear yourself over the ringing in your ears, but that's the same thing, right?

OK, so this isn't going to be an intelligent thriller - the script will likely be 10 pages, tops - but as popcorn flicks go, this will be among the best of them. Cars and lorries that turn into giant robots, who then ride around on robot dinosaurs who breathe fire, versus new genetically engineered, super-intelligent dinosaurs who are intent on being the biggest, baddest creatures on Isla Nubar: what's not to love?
