Throughout the trailer (and, presumably, the fight in the movie), Superman's blocked every attack by Batman and pretty much shown himself as the superior fighter. Not now though - he goes to smack Bats, but Bruce puts up an armoured forearm and blocks it. That's right. He actually stops Superman's attack. Is this the introduction of Kryptonite, with Batman forced to bring it out to utterly weaken his foe? Or is there another trick literally up his sleeve? And then, making him even more badass, the camera pans across to show Batman's no-nonsense grimace. Such a great shot that is actually accentuated by the rather bass-y music, it promises the fight becoming something more fraught. After pushing him away and sending through walls, this shocks Superman, who finally realises the fight's not such a sure thing after all. And that's it. The trailer ends with this wonderful tease of what's to come and leaves you wanting more. Surprisingly good stuff. What did you think of this trailer?
