His insane strength and speed, his heat vision, his power of flight and ridiculous level of durability all conspire to make him the MVP of Batman V Superman, which only makes it all the more dramatically intriguing, of course, that he appears to be manipulated into fighting Batman. And of course, though Superman's good virtue means that he has to control himself and ensure he doesn't kill the Caped Crusader, that in of itself only displays more discipline and mastery of power on his part. Yes, Kryptonite is clearly going to play a part in Batman standing up to him, but considering that the to are inevitably going to team against Lex Luthor and Doomsday, it's really neither here nor there. When it's all said and done and the credits roll, it's likely Supes who is going to come off looking the most potent, even if Zack Snyder has already confirmed that the movie is really more about Batman than Superman.
