It's still unknown how much of a role Cyborg is going to have in the movie, though expecting more than a mere cameo is probably pretty foolish. Considering that set spies suggest he will be featured in a football game sequence between Gotham City University and Metropolis State University, we probably won't get to see much of him using his powers; with his presumed high school age, he'll likely still be adjusting to his new cybernetic enhancements (granting him enhanced speed, strength, durability and even the power of flight) over the course of the movie anyway. Though his refinements make him extremely powerful, he still ends up lower down on this list because of the emotional instability he's likely suffering, which makes controlling his powers difficult at this point in his life. By the time the Justice League movie rolls around, however, he'll probably be doing much better.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
