3. Cyborg (2020)

Again, like both Aquaman and Wonder Woman before him, Cyborg - or at least Victor Stone - will be appearing in Batman v Superman. That in itself is setting up his movie, but the exact nature of how the Cyborg movie will be set-up remains to be seen - it could go one of two ways. Batman v Superman might simply introduce Victor Stone as a youngster whose links to S.T.A.R. Labs amount to the fact that his parents work there, but it could also be that his full Cyborg form is introduced (perhaps, initially, as a means to assist Batman in taking down Superman). Regardless, the star of the 2020 movie will indeed be introduced in this movie - as will the concept of government control over super-powered characters, while S.T.A.R. Labs will also have a bigger role than the cameos it got in Man of Steel. Given that Cyborg's solo movie is likely to have him working for the government in some kind of anti-terrorism operation, and given that he will be "built" in S.T.A.R. Labs, that means a number of aspects of his solo outing will be set-up in Batman v Superman.
