3. The Joker

With the Suicide Squad movie confirmed, the likelihood is that, over the course of several movies, Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor will be putting together a team of supervillains to counter the imminently arriving team of superheroes; the Justice League. Harley Quinn has already been announced for the movie - and indeed Margot Robbie has already been cast in the role - but obviously several more villains will be needed to complete the roster and it would be crazy to have Harley Quinn - and indeed a live action DC supervillain conglomerate - without the iconic Joker. As a result, a hint towards the character in Batman Vs Superman would be most welcome. Very few actors would be able to pull off the character as well as Heath Ledger did, but Jared Leto has been linked with the role and that would be pretty damn cool.
