This set shot seemingly confirms that Batman Vs Superman is taking a lead from The Dark Knight Returns in having the film that the Waynes see the night they are killed as the 1940 version of The Mark Of Zorro (the length of the film gives it away as the 1920 silent version was only 90 minutes).
