Batman Vs. Superman Movie: 10 Villains That Would Pay Subtle Tribute To Nolan's Trilogy
7. Lady Shiva
Forget the Pre-Crisis version of Lady Shiva. I'm talking about the Post-Crisis version of the ass-kicking martial artist Sandra Wu-San who was born and bred in a village with her sister Carolyn. After moving to Detroit, Sandra continues to practice martial arts but things get dark when her sister gets murdered and Sandra is practically forced to become part of the League of Shadows. While in it she was both enemy and ally to Batman, making her ambiguous as well as deadly. The League of Shadows. How can we forget? If there's one dominant enemy that Nolan's caped crusader had throughout the trilogy it was Ra's Al Ghul's band of misfits, with Ra's Al Ghul himsef in Batman Begins and Talia Al Ghul in The Dark Knight Rises. Snyder could have Lady Shiva featured in the Batman Vs. Superman movie and her pop-culture connection to the League of Shadows would instantly be recognized by every comic book geek. The movie could stand to gain more respect for not blatantly ripping off of Nolan's villains, but rather paying homage to them.
