Argo and Good Will Hunting? We can hear the cogs turning in your brain even now wondering where we're going with this. So how exactly will these two great movies influence Ben's Batman? Argo and Good Will Hunting will have absolutely no influence on Affleck when it comes to portraying Batman or Bruce Wayne per se but Affleck will be able to draw on his time working on both films in order to get the very best out of himself in his performance. It is clear that Affleck has what it takes to impress the Academy so it should be no surprise to anyone (even you) when he blows all his detractors out of the water with his performance. As an Oscar winner Ben Affleck clearly has great acting chops and has come a long way since playing Matt Murdock so exactly why so many of you think he's going to suck as Batman is absolutely beyond us. Directed by Snyder and co-starring Affleck, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams, Batman vs. Superman will open in the US on 17 July 2015, with a UK date to be confirmed.
