5. Ryan Gosling
Age: 32 Hes younger than the others here, and I suppose hes also a bit more of a heartthrob too. Ever since Drive, though, Gosling has catapulted into the trajectory of hard-lined action characters and its not a stretch to think that fans would accept Gosling as the Dark Knight and Bruce Wayne. Of course, the real question is whether or not Gosling is really right for this character, or for the embodiment of an established, seasoned Batman. Gosling seems on the verge of taking a break from this sort of thing anyway, and Im personally not a fan of him taking over the character. Hes certainly a fine actor, but as one who wasnt quite won over by his tough-guy act in Drive or Only God Forgives, I think Gosling is better pursuing different aimshe was quite good in last springs The Place Beyond the Pines--and leaving Batman for someone else.
