The iconic image of a young post-Beast prince has also made the transition from animation to live action. The trashed West Wing of the castle contains some of Beast's darkest memories, and it seems all those years alone have taken their toll - especially on the art work.
This time the teen version of Prince Adam in the picture is replaced with a younger version, suggesting that his transformation happened at a younger age in life.
One of the big questions from the animated version was why would you leave a teenage boy alone in the echoing castle - thanks for clearing that one up Disney by giving him an even more tragic backstory as an abandoned child.
