Beauty And The Beast: 20 Fiendishly Clever Easter Eggs You Probably Missed
3. "Human Again"
Included on the Diamond Special Edition release of the DVD (before Disney stopped doing that particular collection to the annoyance of every single collector out there), Human Again was an illogically scrapped additional song.
The fully animated sequence also includes a couple of Easter Eggs itself, with Cogsworth playing off the iconic American Gothic painting (for literally no reason, but who are we to argue?), and there's a hidden Mickey when Cogsworth is organising the shovels outside and there's a visible mouse shape in the snow:

It's hard to see why the song was cut, though presumably it was for run-time. It might be fairly upbeat, but the message is inherently desperate and really quite tragic when you think about it. So maybe the director's didn't want to be total downers.
