7. Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen - Goldeneye)
The definition of a femme fatale, Xenia has the unnerving attribute of attaining sexual pleasure through killing, something that is put to use multiple times throughout the film as she racks up a body count that would put most of the entries on this list to shame, massacring the entire staff of a Russian satellite station, amongst other things. Though not the first henchwoman seen in the series, she is the first to actually pose a physical threat to Bond, and remains memorable for that reason, as well as having a name that serves as one of the series worst puns.
