15. Isaac - Freaky
Freaky is a gloriously ridiculous body-swap slasher comedy that boasts a number of memorable kills, but nevertheless gets its best one out of the way in the opening sequence, when the famed serial killer known as the Blissfield Butcher (an incredible Vince Vaughn) slaughters a quartet of teenagers.
He corners one of the group, Isaac (Nicholas Stargel), in a wine cellar, then grabs a wine bottle and straight-up forces it down his throat.
This causes the bottle to bulge its way through Isaac's neck, and as he chokes on said bottle, the Butcher finishes him off by smacking it further down his oesophagus, causing is to explode and splinter glass shards out of his throat.
Just when you think there aren't any new ways for foreign objects to be forced into the human body and cause all sorts of problems, Freaky came along and showed that, unlike Isaac, originality isn't dead.
